Our seaside Villa sits in the heart of Cuyutlan, a quaint little Mexican Village. Walking distance to everything in town. Yet behind our closed gates privacy and quiet await. Except for those rare town celebrations, this town is usually calm and quiet. You will enjoy only the sounds of the sea while relaxing in the pool or on the beach. There are two houses on the property. Our main large home has 3 designated bedrooms. Our oversized upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and futon and sitting area with master bath. The main floor bedrooms include a bedroom with 2 double beds, TV and a bedroom with a king bed and TV. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is a separate smaller 4th multi-purpose room used for a bedroom with futon and TV with a laundry room/office that is tucked away in the main house. It also serves as a great video game room or a workspace with a desk for privacy. This is the only sleeping area that is not air conditioned but tends to stay cool with all other areas air conditioned in the house and ceiling fan. It is a great sleeping space for children and young adults. There is a separate very large Casita on the property with air conditioning and 2 bedrooms. 1 with two queen beds with TV and a separate private master suite with a King bed and TV and bathroom. The Casita also has a kitchenette complete with refrigerator and microwave, coffee maker, sink and dishware and dining area. The views from the Casita are stunning with views of the pool, gardens and the sea from both bedrooms. These two homes are always rented together to one party for privacy. The property has five separate covered verandas for shade and cool breezes and million-dollar views of the entire coastline from the upstairs veranda. We also have 3 other patios for sunning around the pool. Both properties have been appointed with new living room, bedroom, and dining furniture, and 7 flat-screen televisions in total throughout both homes. 1 television in each bedroom and our largest 60-inch TV in the family room, with Wi-Fi Internet, and ceiling fans throughout both properties. Both kitchens are designed with old-world handmade painted tiles. Custom cabinets and shelves, and beautiful terra cotta floors. Main kitchen has every modern amenity needed. Full-size professional appliances include brand-new stainless-steel gas stove with oven, (For Holiday meals) with new stainless fridge and microwave. Our home has an open plan with dining and a spacious living room with a wall of large sliding doors looking out to this lush backyard with an OVERSIZED swimming pool and sun shelf all set up in a backyard right on the beach. We do have an oversized 6th Master suite with King bed and futon aircondioned with flat screen TV and a master bathroom on the upper level. Airports: Two to choose from Manzanillo airport is a about aa 50-minute drive and Colima airport also about 50 minutes from the house. Easy to get from either airport. Both airports are full-service major airports and have rental car agencies. Hacienda Del Mar Retreat: Is a gated private estate. This is one of a handful of home rentals that is truly right on a Coconut Palm tree-lined quiet beach. Swing on the hammock or set your chairs on the sand and warm clear blue waters edge or have a picnic on the grass under the coconut palms. Enjoy the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets you will ever see. A dream vacation home for all ages. Security Cameras - Your privacy is important to us as well as providing a secure environment. We have three recording cameras on the outside front of the home facing the street and carport. We also have three recording cameras on the outside back of the property two on the upper and lower decks of the main house and one on the south wall facing the backyard to the beach. They are all in full view. We have no cameras inside of the buildings and none of the cameras have audio. These cameras are strictly for your security. I am fortunate enough to have the most important combination of a beautiful home with the perfect location AND my amazing well-trained staff! We are a team of six and being a rental property means our only priority is always you our guests. We are small but mighty! We all work hard and love what we do. Points of Interest: Cuyutlan is known for its clean beautiful black sand beaches, the turtle sanctuary, surfing, seafood beach restaurants, street food carts, and in-town local dining. They are also famous for their salt mill. You must bring some home. The salt is Organic and pure. We also have tours of the volcanos, and fishing, You can also explore the Coconut groves and papaya, and guava plantations The Malacon (Boardwalk) is a shopping area located at the end of town and on the beach. Fun for souvenirs, beach shells, locally made candies, real freshwater pearls, and silver jewelry at unbelievable prices. Cuyutlan is in the heart of Coastal Mexico. This is true authentic Mexico, An experience you will not get in those heavy tourist towns. Come, explore and live this magical experience of a lifetime. If you want more action you will find city life in Manzanillo, a short 25-minute drive from the house. There you will find the marina considered one of the best in latin America with world-class sport fishing. Restaurants, nightclubs, golf resorts, play slots, card games, etc at several Casinos in town. There is Scuba, Horseback riding, ATV tours, and hiking are all short drives. Shopping: Depending on where you fly in you can find supermarkets, Walmart, and Sam's Club in Colima, Manzanillo, or closer to the house is Tecoman Grocery. There are a couple of small local markets in town. We may also offer special rates from August through October at 5%-25% Off Regular Rates. All rates are based on an 8-person occupancy or less. House sleeps up to 16 to 18 people and 1 baby in portable crib. Cost is $19.00 per person per night over 8 people. This includes children. Please do not request for a booking over 18 guests. Thank you. I have a strict rule of no extra guests on my property. Only guests on rental agreement. Unfortunantely I have had problems with finding up to 30 people on my property without athorization. In order to keep my property at top condition, my refidgerator and air conditioning, water heaters, septic etc can not accomidate more that my maximum even though the property is large enough to hold many more, This is why I can not allow more but do allow one day events at extra cost. All major Holidays (Spring Break, Thanksgiving, New Year) run 10% to 25% higher than regular rates. Special Events: $500 to $1000 event day fee depending on guest count, with a minimum of 3-day rental. Up to 25 guests are allowed on the property on event day only. All events are based on approval. Pets: Allowing pets is a challenge. But I know pet peole have a better vacation when I allow them. Therefore I do allow pets on approval. Rate on website is per pet. I allow maximum 1 medium pet or 2 small pets and I will require a refundable guest depost of $250. Deposit is returned with a favorable vacancy.
