A King size bed in the Master Bedroom 2 full size beds in BD/2 and sleeper sofa in the living room. Ceiling fans in every room and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The back balcony overlooks the swimming pool. Fast WiFi and a garage and parking on the driveway for two vehicles. Pets allowed through a small pet fee. (2 max). The space Hacienda del Mar #2 is a comfy townhouse located just a short walking distance to the beach. This is the perfect vacation home for your entire family to enjoy! It is half block from Blackbeards restaurant, two blocks from the post office and three blocks from the movie theater and a new public boat ramp within a mile from the property. The townhouse showcases hi-speed wireless internet, two (2) flat screen Roku TVs (the living room TV is a 65"smart TV), leather sectional sofas/recliner, ceramic tile counter tops, washer/dryer, central air . Spend the day relaxing at the beach, and the afternoons either at the semiprivate swimming pool or on one of the decks/balcony overlooking the street or the pool. The Patio also features a BBQ grill and a bar counter top where to enjoy a cold refreshment by the pool. Notes: - Multilevel property - Garage on ground floor, Living area and 2nd floor...Master Bedroom on 3rd floor. - Swimming pool is not heated - Groundskeeper lives on location on a separate efficiency apt in the building Other things to note **** Weather events, including tropical storms and hurricanes, are not accepted reasons for cancellations, re-scheduling, or refunds (unless there is a government mandated evacuation or shutdown). We highly recommend to acquire Travelers or Cancellation insurance at the time of booking to protect your travel/vacation investment. **** Guests will be provided with a starter kit containing toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent (when applicable), coffee paper filters and a few trash bags. It is recommended to bring personal toiletries, additional supplies and beach gear including beach towels. The pool is not heated. This property does NOT allow parties, events or external visitors.
