The neighbourhood is one of the bests in Paris: between le Marais and the 11th arrondissement, there are plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés nearby (tips included in the memo available at the apartment); it is 3 minutes away from the famous "Merci" concept store and it's close to loads of trendy fashion boutiques. 20 m2 living-room equipped with design furniture, an all-inclusive American kitchen (oven, washing machine, dishwasher). 2 bedrooms with double beds - one upstairs with a nice view on Paris's rooftops. A bathroom with an Italian shower. Possibility of a fifth bed in the living-room or in one of the two bedrooms. During the summer, the apartment is equipped with a fan. Velib station and Autolib at 200m (bikes and cars to rent in front of the Chemin Vert metro station). The apartment is located next to the Opera Bastille, the Picasso Museum and the Cirque d'Hiver.
