We have 4 air-conditioned suites with sea views; gourmet area, swimming pool, tropical garden, large full kitchen, living and dining room, terrace, pergolas, backyard, covered garage for up to 4 standard size cars and access to the beach. Guest access - Available areas: 4 air-conditioned suites with sea view, 2 bathrooms, living room for 2 environments, kitchen, pantry, laundry area, covered garage for up to 4 (small), gourmet area, garden and swimming pool. Other things to note The house accommodates up to 15 people and an additional fee will be charged per person if not informed at the time of booking. We do not provide bed and bath linens. Only pillows and beds with waterproof protectors. For energy consumed during any period of the stay, R$1.50/kW used will be charged. Consumption will be recorded by taking a photograph of the meter at check-in and comparing it to the numbers recorded after checkout.
