Welcome Home! Whether you're vacationing with your family or golfing with your buddies, the Rustico Retreat has everything you will need to feel like home! This semi was built in 2019 and you will have access to the entire property. This airbnb comes with everything you need, comfortable beds, TV's in all rooms, fully stocked kitchen, bbq, fire pit, backyard games and beach accessories that you can use so you don't have to travel with them! (Tourism PEI License # 1201210) The space The Rustico Retreat is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath semi-detached featuring an open-concept design and modern/contemporary styling. As you approach the house, the driveway can easily fit 2 cars. As you walk up to the house, there is a spacious front porch that features a patio set that can seat 4 and a propane BBQ to grill up your favorite meals. As you enter through the main door, the living room will be on your right, which has a comfortable sofa bed, 2 stylish accent chairs, coffee table and a 65" Smart TV. Off to your left will be the door to the garage. Continuing through the space, you will find a large dining table that can comfortably seat 8. Off to your left will be the laundry room, which has a separate washer/dryer and a closet. The next space is the kitchen, which has a nice-sized island with 2 bar stools and it comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave/hood, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig coffee machine and hot water kettle. Off of the kitchen and around the corner, you will find a large main bathroom featuring a vanity, toilet and tub/shower. The first bedroom will be on your right and it features 2 double beds, a large closet, night table, dresser and a 50" Smart TV. The primary bedroom will be on your left and it features a king bed, integrated headboard with 2 side shelves, dedicated workstation, 55" Smart TV, walk-in closet and a 3 piece ensuite bathroom (vanity, toilet and shower). Access to the backyard is through the primary bedroom via the patio doors, which opens up to a massive backyard, that has a fire pit and games like cornhole, Crossnet and a kids-friendly dart/axe throwing board that everyone can enjoy! Note: Games are stored in the garage. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note 1. For your safety and security, we have a security camera on the exterior of the property. 2. We have a coffee and tea station that comes fully stocked (you will have to bring your own cream or milk). 3. Please use your own login credentials for the Smart TV's (and remember to logout when you check-out!) 4. The house is on municipal water and sewage. 5.
