Front of the sea, with 1200m², our house is located on one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast, in a gated community with cameras and security 24h. The access to the beach, which is 80m from the house, is exclusively through the condominium, which guarantees total security. Since it is our summer house, it is very well furnished and cared for, being much more cozy and welcoming than houses set up for the sole purpose of rental. Covered garage for 5 cars. Being in the house, you can see the sea with the Atlantic forest at the bottom, both from the suites, as well as the pool, kiosk, halls,etc. You will sleep to the sound of the waves of the sea and upon awakening you will be able to have a beautiful view of your bed. And then have coffee at the kiosk having this wonderful landscape in the background... Large suites, air conditioning in all 7 suites, hydromassage (4 suites), fireplace and air-conditioned cellar are some of the numerous treats and differentials you will be able to enjoy to make your stay even more pleasant, as well as equipment such as: Internet connection + WiFi , LCD TV 52" in the fireplace room with Sky + 2 TVs in suites and DVD appliances, Sound system with connection to Sky TV/songs, espresso machine, 3 refrigerators, air-conditioned wine cellar, ice machine etc. In the games room, in front of the pool and the kiosk with barbecue, there are 1 pool table and 2 card tables or board games complementing the structure. Santa Rita Beach is very beautiful and the sea is calm like a lake, as we are in a bay in front of Saco da Ribeira, a natural port used for private vessels. The house is basically on the beach, but not in the sand, which gives you total privacy. To go to the beach, just go down a stairway to reach, as we are in a position just above the sand. If you want to avoid the staircase, it is possible to go to the end of the beach, where access is made directly by a path that is at the same level as the beach. There is also a condominium service, which "Take and Bring" to the beach, people with walking difficulties, the elderly, pregnant women, etc. Our house has 1,200m² with 5 covered garages. Seven spacious suites (5 facing the sea), with 11 beds (5 double beds + 6 single beds/ no bunk beds), wonderfully accommodating up to 16 people. We also have a sofa bed installed in 3 suites, thus totaling accommodation for 22 people. Other things to note Santa Rita Beach is next door to Enseada beach, approximately 6 km from the city. You can also rent speedboats and boats for tours, skiing, diving, etc.
