In the Fall/winter, go hiking on the property, Swain is 15 min away for a family ski trip, ice fishing on Conesus Lake. Come back and cozy up by the fire in the cabin and soak in the hot tub. Guest access ALL PARTS Other things to note We have well water and septic. Please only toilet paper( septic safe) down the toilet. Also the water has been recently tested and is ok to drink. Personally I do not drink it. So make sure to stock up on water and ice if you are like me . Also, the driveway in the winter is very steep , you definitely need 4 wheel drive to get up it , otherwise you are parking far away in the street and walking up the driveway which is slippery.
