Iho Tiger 37 is a newly renovated old house This is a private house with a focus on cleanliness and convenience so that guests can stay without any inconvenience. It is a 10-minute walk from Iho Tewoo Beach, which is a 10-minute drive from Jeju International Airport. Jeju City, where there are hypermarkets, movie theaters, and hospitals, is a 10-minute drive from the property. You can see Hallasan Mountain from the deck of the accommodation, and the sea from the outdoor rooftop. It's a pretty sunset neighborhood, so if you take a walk along the coastal road at sunset, you can see the beautiful sky every time. There are a variety of convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby as the beach is right in front. It is right in front of the beach, but it is a 10-second walk, and it is located in an alley, so it is a cozy and quiet Jeju-style house. Please refrain from making loud noises such as noise or music● on the rooftop. | Other usage information No ● smoking in the entire property. ● Cooking precautions -Please do not cook meat, fish, or other oily or smelly foods. ● Garbage disposal -For food waste, please discard the soup and put only the dry waste in the food waste bin under the sink. -Please sort the recycled garbage in the separate collection box at the entrance. ● Wi-Fi -There is a frame written on the bookshelf in the TV room. ● Air conditioning, heating and hot water -The air conditioner remote control is provided at the accommodation from July to September, so please turn off the air conditioner when going out for a long time~ -When using the boiler, please operate the boiler in the outgoing mode when going out for a long time. -Hot water can be used even in the boiler outlet mode. Instructions for using electronic devices such as● washing machines, dryers, and coffee machines are provided separately.
