A well presented 4 bed annex with a separate garden situated in Barton Le Clay. Local pubs, restaurants and convenience stores are a 5 minute walk away with a local taxi service also available. Barton Hills Nature Reserve is less than a mile away with numerous footpaths throughout. The space The property consists of 2 double bedrooms, a twin room and a small single room with the main bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there is a kitchen & dining area, small WC and a sofa bed. The basic kitchen facilities may be used such as the kettle, fridge and microwave if you book one room. If you book the entire annex, you are welcome to use all facilities. The annex can sleep up to 9 people including the sofa bed in the main living room. On street parking available with self check-in and access through the front door at the side of the main house.
