Our modern beach house features three spacious upstairs bedrooms around a separate sitting area, a large living and dining space downstairs, and bathrooms on both levels. You can spot seals, bald eagles, and whales while walking along the no bank beach steps from our front door. Sip wine around the propane fire pit while enjoying the magnificent sunset. Our newly remodeled Camano Island home is a spacious 2100 square feet of modern coastal design. Downstairs features a large living and dining area with big windows to enjoy the view and a 50-inch smart TV to curl up with your favorite shows when the sun goes down. Our fully appointed kitchen features top-of-the line appliances and everything you need to make a meal. There’s also a bathroom with tub on the main floor. Upstairs includes three large bedrooms, two with King beds and one with two doubles. New mattresses, deluxe bedding, and the sound of waves ensure a restful night’s sleep. Small desks in both primary bedrooms, coupled with our fast Wi-Fi, make working remotely a breeze. Relax and enjoy the views from the indoor sitting area or two separate decks. The upstairs bathroom includes a shower and both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and more. Impeccably decorated and fully appointed, our light and airy beach home offers the perfect home base for setting off on a day of exploration in one of the provided kayaks or curling up in a patio rocking chair with a good book. Neighbors are friendly. The neighbor is undergoing a remodeling project so there might be some noise from the work. Community parking. Parking pass will be ready for you to pick up from the house and display in your vehicle. A short drive from Seattle, Camano Island offers a quiet getaway approximately an hour out of the city. • The nearest gas station and small grocery are 10 minutes away from the home. The store doesn’t have fresh produce, but has a variety of beverages and snacks. The adjoining restaurant features burgers and Pizza. • Camano Commons Marketplace is approx. 25 minutes from the house and has a large gift shop with local art, a bakery, coffee, and ice cream. Tapped Camano has great food and beer, is family friendly and includes indoor and outdoor seating. As the bedrooms are upstairs, those with mobility issues are not a good fit for the house. In addition, while the space is kid-friendly (our two elementary-aged daughters love our time here!), parents of young children may wish to bring a baby gate to block off the staircase. • You’re welcome to use our kayaks. They are located on the side of the house. We also have two adult Medium/large sized and two child sized life jackets, but please bring your own if those sizes don’t work for you. • If you do plan on crabbing or getting clams, please make sure you have the proper license. • While we love animals, please NO pets allowed. Quiet hours are between 10 pm-8 am and no parties are allowed. Please, no smoking/vaping or shoes inside the house. . Use of any water sport equipment like kayaks or paddle boards are at your own risk and we are not liable for any accidents or injuries. Life jackets are mandatory when on the water.
