It is a system integrated into its environment, self-sufficient, conceptualized to meet the needs of living fully, surrounded by jungle. The space The suite is ideal for up to 4 guests, as it features a king-size bed and a queen-size sofa bed. It features a fully equipped kitchenette, a Smart TV, and a private balcony that provides a perfect space to relax. In addition, it features a private plunge pool with water at room temperature, ideal for enjoying at any time of day and enhancing your experience in Tulum. Guest access During your stay, you will have access to all the condominium's common areas, including the swimming pools, Jacuzzis, gym, and steam room. The unit has its own private plunge pool (Pool 1), located on the balcony. In addition, the condominium offers other options: Pool 2, a cenote-style pool on the ground floor; Pool 3, located on the rooftop of Tower A; and Pool 4, a lap pool next to the gym on the ground floor. These three are for shared use and are available from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. There are also two shared hot tubs, one in Tower B and another in Tower C, open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The gym is available daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Other things to note At the time of your check-in, you will find two complimentary bottles of water. We provide one bath towel, one pool towel, and one hand towel for each guest registered on the reservation. We leave 2 rolls of toilet paper. It's important to mention that for stays longer than 15 nights, no more toilet paper is provided. In the kitchen area there is sponge and soap for dishes, trash bags, and paper towels, since due to hygiene policies, we do not provide fabric towels for the kitchen. For stays longer than 15 nights, no more paper towels are provided.
