House with wood-fired sauna and outdoor jacuzzi near OYS

Welcome to our colorful cozy house in Oulu, Kastelli. The house is old but renovated. It is located within walking distance of Oulu University Hospital, 24h S-market and public transport. It is a 20-minute bike ride to the city center (3.5 km). 3 bedrooms with high-quality Tempur beds. Atmospheric fireplace and wood sauna. Outside there is a 5-person Jacuzzi. We hope guests will note that the house is a family residence. Create memories in this unique, family-friendly place. The space The house is a charming, old brick house. We renovated the house in 2010. The doors can creak and the floors are cold in some places because not all rooms have underfloor heating. The room height is lower than usual in some places. We heat a lot of the house with a wonderful wood-burning fireplace, in addition, the house has an air heat pump and electric heating. Naturally, wood heating can damage the floors. The compact wood sauna heats up quickly with just one load of logs. The large deck provides convenient direct access from the sauna to the jacuzzi, which is "always ready" for use. The Jacuzzi can accommodate 5 people at a time. The terraces are located in several directions, so you can enjoy a cup of coffee or eat outdoors either in the sun or in the shade, just as you like! The bedrooms have high-quality Tempur beds. The master bedroom is located a little apart, close to the bathroom. The master bedroom also has a flat-screen TV, for example, for adults to watch movies! Two bedrooms are located at the other end of the house. The smaller of these is the so-called children's room with a raised single bed. The third bedroom has a narrow double bed (140cm), which can "tightly" accommodate two sleepers, an extra mattress can be placed on the floor in this room if necessary. The living room has a black leather sofa where you can curl up to watch TV. If necessary, an extra bed can be made on the sofa. The house can accommodate up to 7 people. The large kitchen table comfortably accommodates 8 diners. The kitchen has everything you need (spices, pots and pans...) for basic cooking! Guest access All premises except the garage, dressing room and outdoor storage are in use. Other things to note The house is used by the family as a so-called "second home", which means that, for example, the wardrobes contain the family's personal belongings.
