Our home at Cozy Hollow is the perfect place for a relaxing + peaceful stay with your friends and family. Three bedrooms and one bath will sleep six people comfortably. We have a well-equipped kitchen for your cooking needs and a relaxing and spacious living area, along with a laundry room. There is also an outdoor living space that includes a grill, patio, and hot tub. The sound of the spring-fed creek directly across the road makes nights around the campfire the best way to end your days. The space When you enter the home you'll find a nice open floor plan with a beautiful, neutral decorating style. We call it Farmhouse Chic. As mentioned above the kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to prepare meals at the house if you decide to cook during your vacation (but we don't blame you if you don't). :) The living room is equipped with a SmartTV (please note we do not have cable or local channels, but you'll find Netflix, YouTubeTV, Prime and more are available on the TV to log in with your accounts.) The full bathroom is just off of this area. The queen bedroom and full bedroom are both located down the hall. You'll also find a beautiful dining area and the laundry on the first floor. On the second floor is the Master King Bedroom. It's spacious and furnished with Smart TV and sitting area as well. Please note that the steps to the upstairs are fairly steep. Outside is where this house really shines. There's a flagstone patio with a fire pit, a propane grill for BBQing, and a hot tub (available year round). You'll be surrounded by trees and the sound of the bubbling brook across the road- truly serene. Bed and Bath linens are provided. Coffee maker is a Keurig (and we also have a small 6 cup drip coffee maker). All water passes through a UV light and is potable. The front steps to access the house are made out of rock and are a bit steep and uneven. Just keep that in mind when booking with us! The property is located off a backroad in a remote area, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We do have wifi, but there is no cell service without connecting to the wifi, so just keep that in mind.
