We will welcome you in a 60 m² single-storey house, facing south, in the heart of the village with its local shops. Harmonious decor that will make you feel right at home. A wooded enclosed garden with terrace. Parking space for your vehicle. Available & attentive to guests for a pleasant stay. The space 🏡 The house consists of a large, bright living room: - A comfortable living room (TV & Wi-Fi) and a dining room. - A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. - A cocooning bedroom (bed 160*200 cm). - A 2nd bedroom (1 single bed and/or 1 double bed 140*190; available on request for stays longer than 2 nights) - A bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. - Outside, enjoy a secluded enclosed garden with a terrace on the courtyard side. 👶 All the essentials for accommodating children: baby bed, high chair, bathtub, toys. 📍 Ideally situated: - 10-minute drive to the beaches of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and Brétignolles-sur-Mer - 25 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne - 1 hour from Noirmoitier - 15 minutes from the pier for Île d’Yeu 🌿 Nearby activities: walking (Lac du Jaunay), cycling, surfing, horseback riding, Les Fontenelles Golf Course (5 min), tree climbing, fishing, children's playground, and much more. 👉 Feel free to contact me for any further information. Guest access 🔑 Keys handed over in person (times to be agreed upon together depending on the check-in and check-out days). 🚗 You can park your vehicle in the courtyard or in front of the house. Other things to note 🧺 Extra bed linens and towels (€10 to €15 per bed, single or double), payable on site – mandatory to ensure hygiene standards. 🧹 Cleaning: Additional end-of-stay cleaning fee for stays of multiple nights (from €10 to €50 depending on the length of stay, the period, and the number of guests), to be paid on site. 🧴 Dish towels, dishwashing liquid, shower gel, and cleaning products provided free of charge. 🚫 House rules: no parties, no smoking in the accommodation, no charging of electric vehicles.
