This spacious one bed private Cottage is surrounded by acres of Cornish countryside. It has its own dog friendly self contained patio area with hot tub and bbq and a fully enclosed lawn with tall fence( 6 foot) -secure for all furry friends ! Close to Perranporth and nestled in a quiet hamlet , it's a great home to escape the everyday and enjoy the beautiful Cornwall. The Saints trail to Perranporth is only 400m from the property The space This property is a warm welcoming large modern one bed house. With the benefit of a downstairs toilet. The bedroom has a king size bed and dressing table and built in wardrobe. The large bathroom is also upstairs next to the bedroom. The log burner makes for a welcoming and cosy lounge area and the modern kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and built in oven and a microwave. There is a parking space for one car outside the door. EV charging point is installed for the cottage and available at additional cost for the duration of your stay. We also have a hot tub for your own private use on the private patio area. This property isn’t suitable for families with children . We welcome dogs and there are so many dog walks and off lead opportunities from the front door so you can be as active as you wish . Guest access The cottage is fully self contained -It is a very spacious one bed and has its own self enclosed patio and large grassed garden with high fencing . Other things to note Dogs are welcome but must never be left alone in the property and are not allowed upstairs or to sleep in furniture. If you can ensure you bring a dog bed/cage it ensures your pet has somewhere to sleep and there is space for them in the downstairs of the property We only accept 2 small dogs or one medium /large dog-2 retrievers for example are not accepted
