Arrive well, park in your private parking space in front of the house, and start exploring the city within walking distance. The space The location could hardly be better: Right on the water (with its own dock, if you bring your own canoe for example), only a 5-minute walk from downtown, yet out of the hustle and bustle. Most of the time you will be on the large terrace with its fantastic view, the rooms have air conditioning and mobile fans. You have their complete peace and no direct neighbors, the house is detached. Due to the elevated terrace and thus higher position, there are also no curious by-passers. The apartment is perfect for 4 people, but offers additional sleeping (1+2 people) through two pull-out couches (in the living room and in the extra bedroom), for up to 7 persons. The separate additional bedroom is used as a 'floating room' between the two apartments: If you are less than 5 people and if at the same time more than 3 guests are expected in the second apartment, this bedroom will not be available to you, then this room will be assigned to the other rental. Please feel free to contact us in advance to make this sure, to avoid dissapointment. Guest access The entire apartment is available for use. Guests receive keys from the apartment as well as from the gate on the staircase, so privacy is protected. Other things to note Please enjoy yourself, and feel like at home. And like at your home, we kindly ask you to treat the apartment with care. If you bring pets, it should be noted that they need to be clean and harmless, since there are 2 apartments, and you will share the terrace with the guests of the second apartment.
