The 28 m² apartment includes a living room-kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle, toaster... A separate bedroom as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet and a small bedroom in the mezzanine Cancale is at the center of exceptional sites to visit (St Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Mont St Michel...) The space The apartment located on the 2nd floor includes a living room-kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, stovetop, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. A separate bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs, an attic mezzanine with a single bed. Be careful with small children because it is accessed by a very steep staircase. This apartment is small (28 m2) and suitable for a maximum of 3 people. For your comfort and that of other tenants, we do not accept additional people, even if they are children. Linens (sheets, duvet cover, towels and tea towels are not provided). If you wish to rent them, we can provide you with the contact details of a private service provider. The cleaning package is optional (€40) but you can choose to do it yourself if the apartment is returned in the clean condition in which you found it when you arrived.(Floors vacuumed and washed, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom cleaned and tidied...) We do not have a bicycle room, and it is strictly forbidden to bring bicycles or bicycle trailers into the apartments. Guest access Each apartment is independent, only the entrance hall and the central staircase are common Other things to note Housekeeping fees are optional (€40) If you have chosen the cleaning option, the concierge will take care of everything... or almost! All you have to do is wash and put away your dishes and empty the trash. If you choose to clean, you will need to: - Clean the kitchen, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. - Clean the bathroom (sink, shower and toilet) - Empty the dishwasher, vacuum and wash the floors. - Empty the garbage cans (household and recyclable garbage in the containers on the square to the right when leaving the residence) You will find the products under the sink and the equipment in the closet.
