We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance if you book during hurricane season. Travel insurance can protect you from financial loss due to natural disasters. While we strive to accommodate our guests and offer rescheduling options, we cannot guarantee a full refund due to a hurricane. - Outside Shower/Water Hose - There is an outdoor shower and accessible water hose on the left side of the house (if you are looking at the house). - There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils. Charcoal is NOT provided. -There is a pack n play and highchair available for use during your stay. -Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Please note - Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the checkout time will be charged the additional fee. We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. The water quality is safe, but we have provided water for drinking and cooking if desired.
