We keep this condo clean, and fresh, it’s freshly painted, new countertops, etc., but it’s not brand new. If you notice a ding or scratch in some trim, or something, please be kind in the reviews. Disclaimer: The unit has window unit A/C that works great. The central system is not cooling, but the fan works. It stays comfortable; but we don’t want anyone surprised the cold air is not from the central AC. Other things to note It even has a comfy Futon for a fifth person!
