Casa La Paz Baja is a spacious house with great spaces inside and outside to hang out and relax. The home is located in downtown La Paz, 7 blocks from the Malecon (an 11-minute walk). The house is new and has a pool (no heating system for the pool), terrace, barbecue grill, fiber optic internet, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, kitchen, washer and dryer, and a big enough garage with electric gate. A suburban fits perfectly. We don't use gas, our home appliances are electric. The space Casa La Paz Baja is your retreat in the heart of La Paz, just a short 11-minute walk from the iconic Malecon. Second Room: King-size bed, desk, wardrobe, Smart TV, sharing a full bathroom on the second floor. Third Room: Two single beds, wardrobe, Smart TV, sharing the second-floor bathroom. Amenities: Outdoor Spaces: Private pool (unheated), terrace, barbecue grill. Connectivity & Entertainment: Fiber optic internet, Smart TVs in all rooms. Convenience: Electric kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, and spacious garage with electric gate suitable for a suburban. The home is perfect for up to 8 guests, with a surcharge for the 7th and 8th person. The living and dining areas, along with the kitchen and two half bathrooms, are located on the first floor. All bedrooms and two full bathrooms are situated on the second floor. Note that Casa San Francisco is a neighboring property; they share the pool cleaning service scheduled every Monday and Thursday at 11:00 am, but have no shared spaces. Local Attractions & Sounds: Close proximity to cultural highlights, being just blocks from local landmarks. One block from a local church, which rings bells daily, and more frequently on Sundays, adding to the local charm. This home combines traditional Mexican heritage with contemporary comforts, making it an ideal base for exploring the vibrant city of La Paz and its surroundings. Guest access The kitchen, living room, dining room, patio, and two half baths are on the first floor. The three rooms and two full bathrooms are on the second floor. We have a garage with an electric garage so you can always have a spot for your car. Other things to note This home is beside Casa San Francisco (also on Airbnb), each has its own wall and they are neighbors. The only thing both homes share is the cleaning system for both pools, which is why we clean both pools at the same time, every Monday and Thursday at 11:00 am. Each home has its private pool. We are one block away from a church that like every Church in Mexico, rings the bell before Mass. That happens every day of the year and more often on Sundays.
