The space This is a comfortable, self-contained flat as part of the house; it is separated by the entrance hall and locked door from the rest of the house and therefore provides complete privacy for our guests. You have full privacy in three bedrooms, open plan kitchen, lounge, laundry, bathroom. The lounge has a sliding door to the front yard and one bedroom has a sliding door to the pergola. The house is positioned at end of cul-de-sac, surrounded by landscaped garden and trees, with beautiful views to the reserve and hills. The path next to the house will take you to the bush walk path and kids’ playground. If you like an early morning walks or runs in the reserve, this is the perfect place for you. Close pedestrian bridge to Erindale makes very pleasant few minutes’ walk to the local centre, cafes and restaurants, Viking Park, Viking Club, Active Leisure Centre (offering enclosed swimming pool, tennis court, squash court), library, and lots more. It also takes only few minutes drive to Mount Taylor. Linen, hand and bath towels provided. Guest access Access to the flat includes the access to the pergola, washing line court and front yard. Please note that the entrance hall is shared with guests in the flat on the right side.
