Garden oasis w/ private entrance, porch & parking

Charming suite-like room in urban garden with private entrance, porch + off street parking. Enjoy this nature-based space near downtown San Pedro, the L.A. Waterfront & Cruise Terminal, and Cabrillo Beach, Pier and Marina. A perfect place to rejuvenate, explore or get creative! Whether visiting family or friends, exploring the beauty of the California coast and Los Angeles, or seeking a creative and inspiring getaway, the Suite @ Harbor Farms awaits. Green Cities & Happy Humans are our passion! The space Your garden suite has a separate off-street parking in back w/ security light, a private entrance and covered, private porch. Suite has an "Electropedic" adjustable bed, dining/worktable, master bath, full dresser w/ clothes hanging rack, 36-inch TV w/ Wi-Fi (and Roku), AC/Heat, and kitchenette w/ refrigerator, microwave/hot plate. a coffee & tea bar, and a food prep area. The room shares an attached wall, with soundproofing. We stay mellow, but again, it is attached to the house and we live here! One neighbor has a new dog that barks occasionally at night. We provide earplugs and double-paned windows. Sorry, but it is out of our control. Please enjoy your stay, relax on your screened porch, in the garden or patio, or at our local beach and charming downtown San Pedro. From there, it's on to explore the rest of L.A.! Guest access There is separate, off-street parking from the alley (w/ a motion sensor security light). A key to the suite will be provided. The suite and covered porch are yours, and private. There is an additional shared space in the garden, covered, with picnic tables and chairs. Feel free to explore our garden, and to say hi to our chickens! If you'd like, please DO feed the wild birds. We provide peanuts for our resident scrub jays (See the photo). You are welcome to pick some vegetables, herbs, flowers or fruit from our backyard orchard to help with your cooking! Please ask if you have questions or are curious to know more. We love sharing ideas and our humble experience with Sustainability in the City. Other things to note We are excited to host you in our Suite @ Harbor Farms! While your space is clean n' serene!, know that we may be out in our patio, or in the garden watering, planting, harvesting, caring for our plants and chickens. Guests who are interested are more than welcome to ask questions or get tours from me when I am available. Also, we are in a family neighborhood that is generally quiet, and our garden is serene, but I cannot control all neighborhood sounds! (Unfortunately). Around and on July 4th, for example, expect lots of fireworks!! (Our poor animals...) Our neighbors are generally quiet, but one has a new dog that barks off and on. We have double-paned windows, and provide earplugs if you need them! Know that I will do what I can to stop it at the time, but it really is out of my control. Please be kind in our reviews as you have been forewarned! Thanks! ;) Lastly, we have 2 little dogs, LouLou and Zoe. If they see you they will bark, then try to lick you! We keep them in the house or the front yard when we are not in the back, where you might be. They are used to guests, and get cute and friendly very quickly. Registration Details HSR22-002759
