No detail has been missed, and you'll see when you step into this designer's residence. The space This generous single storey 1 bedroom home has been transformed into a designer's loft. It is my own home, one in which I have put my own personal touches into. High quality furniture and materials is in every single room, so I hope you enjoy as well as care for the space as such. The bright foyer allows you the space for coats and boots and a final glam selfie mirror moment while you are walking through the marble mosaic entrance. Down the hallway is a bedroom fit for a KING! A full wall of sliding glass doors opens up to a spacious bedroom with a King bed, quality organic cotton sheets, plush down pillows and a gorgeous built in wardrobe to store all your belongings and travel items. The bathroom is full of natural light and a stand-up glass with a rain-head shower head. Towels are all provided and a few extras are inside the bedroom closet. The Kitchen, Dining, Living space is a vaulted ceiling room with more natural light coming from the skylights. This is a full outfitted kitchen with every appliance, cooking utensils, spices, or drinking vessel imaginable. There is an island with two bar seats, as well as a dining room table that fits 6! The living room is a cozy spot to curl up at the end of a day, enjoy some TV on the ever so large big screen. The laundry is in the lower level, and the rest of the basement is locked (Owners closet) The garden is another amazing oasis. There is a propane BBQ which can be used all year round, however the outdoor seating area will only be usable during the warmer months. A big sectional, and two comfy seats! Sounds pretty good so far doesn't it - and we haven't event talked about how good the location is! STEPS to the best that Leslieville has to offer, restaurants, bars, shops, transit, the beach!
