Sunset Suite, in a beautiful penthouse near the beach

Suite in beautiful Penthouse penthouse, perfect to relax and enjoy the best beaches in the city! An 8-minute walk to Tombo Beach, one of the few in Brazil with the international Blue Flag certification (the highest environmental and quality recognition a beach can receive in the world!!!) Tip: the sunset from the Morro das Galhetas overlook is unmissable and is right there! You'll be in a family-friendly and cozy accommodation in a quiet and structured neighborhood, close to everything! The space The suite is private and is located in the property where I live with my wife and Co-Host Andressa. It comfortably accommodates up to three people and features: - air-conditioning - ceiling fan - TV - High-speed Wi-Fi internet - blackout curtain - queen bed, with 100% cotton bed linen included - extra single mattress, in case there are 3 people - private bathroom, with 100% cotton towels included: bath, face and floor towels (we do not provide beach towels). - direct access to the terrace Guests will be able to enjoy the following SHARED SPACES: - living and dining room - living room - area with barbecue and industrial stove - terrace with sun loungers, hammock and shower - equipped kitchen (we provide an exclusive refrigerator for guests) - laundry. The penthouse is located at a strategic point. The Ilha Las Palmas Supermarket, for example, is just around the corner, while the Extra Mini Market is on the second block. In addition, nearby we have excellent restaurants, bars, bakeries, pizzerias, a craft fair, fish market, shops, pharmacies, gas station, etc. The suite does not have a parking space in the garage, but it is possible to park in front of the building, on a public road (avenue), and the condominium has security cameras. Guest access The suite is in the property where I live with my wife and Co-Host Andressa. We offer two suites for rent: the Ocean Suite and the Sunset Suite. Both are in the apartment, that is, they do not have an independent entrance, but they are private and have a lock, and the guest has complete autonomy to enter and exit the property. As we live on the premises, we share the other spaces of the Penthouse with guests (as described above). I only ask that the environments be kept clean and organized after use. As we have two refrigerators, we leave the largest one entirely available for the exclusive use of the suite guests (white refrigerator that appears in the photos). Note: The Sunset suite does not have a parking space, but it is possible to park in front of the building, on a public road (avenue), and the condominium has security cameras. During your stay It will be a joy to welcome you, I hope you feel at home! We'll be happy to answer questions, give tips on what to do in the city, or whenever you need us. We prioritize communication so everything goes smoothly! Other things to note Early check-in: - from 9 a.m.: half day - before 9 a.m.: one full night Late check-out (check-out extension): - until 5 p.m.: half day - after 5 p.m.: a full night Note: For early check-in and late check-out, prior consultation and schedule availability are required After the reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to send the full name and identity document of all guests, without which entry will not be allowed, which may result in the cancellation of the reservation, without refund.
