Family home close to all the historic sites of the landing beaches, it is located 400 m walk from the church square and is close to local shops. The space The house is a former butter shop renovated in 2022. Two accesses are possible, one of which is step-free. It is composed on the ground floor of a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a relaxation room with TV, a toilet and access to the floor. On the 1st floor, landing serving 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom, 1 toilet. On the top floor you will find a large bedroom with an extra bed and a shower room. A non-attached garden is also accessible. Guest access You have access to the whole house. Other things to note The courtyard at the back of the house is a right of way to which the neighbors have access (semi-detached house).
