We put a lot of love in our ARTBNBs for our guests, please love us back :) BASIC DETAILS: Studio APARTMENT on the 2nd floor (1 flight of stairs to walk) ideal for a single/business traveler, 2 friends or a couple with/without a kid. SLEEPING arrangements: 1-2 guests can enjoy the KING BED in luxury but we can host up to 3 people maximum if sharing bed (2 if not sharing beds): - 2 on the KING bed - 1 on the comfy blue velvet couch OR - 1 in KING bed - 1 on the comfy blue velvet couch FULL DETAILS: ★ LOCATION - No need to go further than the airport when you come to LA - Guests RAVE about our location! Short WALKING distance to 24hr supermarkets and restaurants. PERFECT for exploring the best areas - 10mins to the best beaches, 25min to Malibu/downtown. Hollywood/Beverly Hills - about 40mins in moderate traffic. Visiting Hollywood + DISNEYLAND? - we're in between everything! ★ POOL - enjoy our newly remodeled pool, heated in the summer ★ PARK - enjoy fresh air, sports and famous California sunsets right next to your building ★ WORK - desk with a view, fast Wi-Fi, iron, coffee and more! ★ TV - 40' flat-screen connected to Netflix, Prime, Disney+, Hulu and more ★ LAUNDRY - coin-operated washer/dryers in the building ★ PARKING - 1 assigned parking space to fit a REGULAR sized car (oversized/extra cars have to find street parking) ★ PETS - IF you let us know in advance, well BEHAVED pets will be approved with MANDATORY $80 extra cleaning/extra risk fee (emotional support or not) to assure the next guest of the extra cleanliness of the unit. Please don't try to get away with bringing them unapproved. Thank you for understanding. ★ SURF — rent our board (book in advance to avoid disappointment) $40 day/week LARGE GROUP?? — we have multiple apartments in the same building that can accommodate many guests. Like staying in the same hotel, but different rooms :) Check availability in our other listings - they are all in the same spot. OPTIONAL fees: *PLS BOOK IN ADVANCE TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT* - Surf board - $150/month - Bike/e-bike $100/150 month - Pet Fee (extra risk, extra cleaning) - $80 flat - Luggage Storage - $10 per day - Early Check-in/Late Check-out - $20 per hour - Extra cleaning: $50 / hour (2 hours minimum if bed laundry) RULES - STRICT QUIET HOURS policy: 9pm - 9am. Please respect our neighbors peaceful hours :) There is a manager on duty 24/7 and he will take action if there's any misconduct - ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind ANYWHERE in the apartment OR on the territory of the building INCLUDING pool/parking. Guest access All, within allowed community hours Other things to note FULL transparency so you know EXACTLY what you're getting (no surprises, unlike in other Airbnb's) so please don't hold it against us in reviews :) 1) being next to the park, it is possible to encounter ants between regular pest treatments (usually, only in the summer). Please do your part by keeping the place clean :) 2) pool is not heated (like most california pools) but it does warm up in the sun 3) this is definitely a building for reasonable people who don't create lots of noise. Manager is on site and if excessive, unnecessary noise or smoking is reported...swift consequences will follow. It is easy to hear the neighbors, but thats almost everywhere. 20+ apartments live here happily. We had over 1000 guests in various units over the year, which also found the place quiet and comfortable, many of whom love it so much they became regulars :) BUT, I don't want to minimize any issues, for SOME, being in apartment where you can't be as loud as you like, or might hear the neighbors might be an issue. If you are sensitive, feel free to ask more questions. 4) we don't have a carbon monoxide detector because we don't need one...we don't have a gas stove :) 5) we recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay. Like ALL hosts who don't own their property, we are not able to provide refunds outside allowed cancelation dates. Unfortunately, I cannot take on the financial burden if you change your mind, as I still have to pay rent no matter what. Thank you for understanding and being a well prepared traveler :)
