Privacy in Perth; a 20- min walk to the historic centre; a backyard oasis to relax after a day of exploring. The original 'B & B' concept w/ full breakfast. The downstairs in this bungalow +some is yours for the stay. This B&B suite offers a lounge area, workout nook, dinette, laundry, half bath as well as full bath on the main floor, strictly for your private use. The Tranquil Wood, off the back garden, awaits you at the end of your day. A perfect place to enjoy a glass of- something! The space A Continental Breakfast will be freshly prepared on each morning of your stay at 9 am unless you would like to request otherwise. At your designated timing, feel free to come and take the breakfast platter to your dinette area- it will still be warm! A varied breakfast is offered but unfortunately various special diets might not be able to be accomodated due to extenuating circumstances:( Guest access Backyard/Garden has a lower deck and pergola with dinner table as well as wicker lawn furniture for you. Other things to note Please be aware that there are stairs. Key for private entrance to be given upon arrival. Approximate arrival time appreciated. We reside on the upper level, so we can address any concerns asap. Unfortunately we cannot accept children nor pets as guests due to the nature of the layout.
