L'Oléron

L'Oléron is a home adjoining other holiday homes. Located in a small rural village, you can find calm and enjoy the garden and its amenities. You can get around by bike using the nearby bike paths to visit the 3 sister cities or go to the beach (15/20 min by bike). Close to all amenities (Leclerc shopping center 5 min away). ***Jacuzzi access temporarily unavailable*** The space ✨ Listing description ✨ This charming accommodation offers you a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, freezer, Senseo coffee machine, etc.), a friendly dining area and a comfortable living room with smart TV. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the toilet is separate for added comfort. Upstairs you will find: a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a second bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200 cm), which can be combined into a large bed according to your needs. A washing machine is also available to facilitate your stay. And for a special relaxing moment, you will enjoy private access to the jacuzzi. 🌿 Guest access You will have access to the entire shared garden which includes a sitting area with garden furniture and deckchair. You will also have a barbecue at your disposal. A small shelter is available if you want to drop off your bike. The courtyard is fully fenced and closed with a gate. Nevertheless you will have a small private terrace with table and chairs. Other things to note The washing machine is free for longer stays (5 nights minimum) Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Bath towels are extra (€5 per person per stay)
