The space This condo has an open living room concept. Sofa HD TV in the Living room. Cal-king bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. Dresser & HD smart Roku TV. 🛌 Queen beds in Bedrooms 2 & 3. 🛌 Queen-size Sleeper pull-out couch 🚻 Hall bathroom on the back, close to bedroom #3. 🧺 Laundry with a Washer, Dryer, ironing board, and iron. ⛳️ The backyard is fenced and private with a BBQ. ⏲️ Fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances. Gas stove, fridge, & Dishwasher. Seating up to 8 people. Registered guests have access to the community pool.(heated) 📌 Keep in mind…. The pool is available for guest use; however, it may be closed without prior notice due to maintenance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo and driveway. There is no room for trucks with trailers. Parking on the driveway for 2 cars and street parking. The garage is not available to guests. Registered guests have access to the pool with a key. Note: The Community pool is governed by the HOA at times it might be close without prior warning. As required by the HOA, trash bins must not be visible from the street. After collection, please return the bin and store it near the front entrance. 🐾 Pets & Service Animals: Please clean up after your pet or service animal.
