Large master bedroom with King size bed, dresser and full closet. A queen size sleeper sofa in living room. 1GB Fiber Optics internet connection is provided to all guest. Background check & valid ID required prior to check-in 1 private parking space The space The property is a large historic white with black accented 3-Family building. Covington Comfort is located on the 3rd floor; accessed through a shared staircase. Each unit has its own custom key code to a primary front entry door as well as each individual unit. Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, gas stove (please review how to operate a gas stove if you’ve never used one before), all essential kitchen items for 3-4 people. Small table with 2 chairs. Living Room: Leather sleeper sofa (queen size), mid sized arm chair, coffee table and 50’ Samsung TV. Bathroom: Approx. 40 sq ft, custom designed to maximize the space, fog free mirror with built in LED light. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: slightly turn shower handle for hot water…the more you turn it the colder it will be. Bedroom: Large 15’x20’ room with King size memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, large sliding glass window overlooking Cincinnati, loft style closet with plenty of room for hanging, iron/board, 4 drawer dresser and night stand. Access Points: You will enter the property from the main entrance facing Johnson St using your personally assigned code. Follow the staircase to the 3rd floor and repeat code at door. Laundry is located in the basement with unit specific washer & dryer (#3 is the far left set). Fire escape: Accessible from the window in kitchen/living area Fire Extinguisher: Located on wall in kitchen/living area First Aid Kit: Located under sink The building was originally built in 1860. Recently revived but not 100% perfect as anything 150+ years old can be tough to do. Professional cleaning 1 day prior to your stay, please notify me immediately if anything needs to be addressed. I’ve had very pleased guest thus far. Major benefits being proximity to Cincinnati, skyline view’s, comfortable mattress, large bedroom, private parking, 5 minute walk to Main St food & nightlife.
