The Pad at The Salted Lily

The Pad is set on the Pacific Ocean with an adjacent year-round creek. Conveniently located off HWY 101, between Crescent City, CA and Brookings, OR. Enjoy end of the road seclusion, private entrance, private beach access (bring boots—sometimes it’s a scramble over driftwood to get there due to changing tides). Fall asleep to the sound of the sea, watch lights from local fishing boats, hike nearby redwoods, picnic along miles of beaches, relax on the deck, toast s’mores at your Solo fire pit. The space 416 square feet private suite with your own private entrance. Property is on the Pacific Ocean and at the mouth of Gilbert creek. Guests have private walking access to the creek and the ocean. One bedroom with a queen bed looks out to park like setting, iconic Sitka spruce, unobstructed ocean views. The unit has the following small appliances to support basic cooking/warming of food: microwave, electric kettle, air fry toaster oven, coffee pot, mini fridge with tiny freezer, single electric burner. There is a couch that makes to a full sized bed. Full bathroom with extra large 1930s farm-style utility sink and drainboard, full bathtub/shower. Antique entrance doors open to a private deck with chairs, a Solo stove, outdoor picnic table, and the option for full RV hookups (offered as add on for an additional fee). Guest access Guests have exclusive access to The Pad with a private entrance. The property has another part of the house that is used by the host. Both spaces have their own deck and are attached but independent of the other. Add-on option: There are full RV hook up’s for one RV. Check with host for rates .
