Welcome! 💛💚💜 The space Large and airy 🏡 apartment, with 66m² well distributed: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, balcony integrated to the living room, spacious kitchen and full service area 🧺 🛏️ The suite offers a double bed, split air conditioning ❄️ and 32”TV. 🛏️ The second room has a reversible bed (2 spring mattresses) and split air conditioner. 🍼 We have a portable crib (70x100) for babies up to 2 years old. ➡️ Infants are included in the number of guests, but the crib is not charged. 🚿 Both bathrooms have grab bars, and we offer a bath bench (upon request) as well as safety rails for beds, ideal for children 👶 or the elderly 👵🧓 Well ventilated 🍃 property, with protective screens on the windows and 1 covered parking space 🚗 📺 Room with Smart TV 43” and Wi-Fi 📶 🍽️ Kitchen equipped with new electros: fridge, stove, microwave, espresso coffeemaker☕, air fryer, sandwich maker, blender and utensils 🥄 Service 🧼 area with washing machine, iron and ironing board for your convenience 👕👖 🚫 We do not accept pets Guest access 🔑 The guest will have access to the entire apartment, with total privacy. 🏊‍♀️ In the condominium, you can use the swimming pool and the ballroom (when available). 🌊 The beach is 1.4 km away — about a 2-minute drive or an 18-minute walk. 🌿 There is also a trail that shortens the distance to 600–700m, but its use depends on the conditions on the day of the stay (release and maintenance). Other things to note 👶🏻 Infants and children are also considered guests for consumption purposes (energy, water and cleaning). The total amount of the reservation includes an additional fee according to the number of actual occupants, regardless of age. The condominium is family-friendly and has rules of coexistence that need to be respected. ➡️ Overnight stays are not allowed for people not included in the reservation. ➡️ Loud sound and smoking inside the apartment are prohibited. 🕒 Check-in: from 2 p.m. 🕚 Check-out: by 11 a.m. We ask that you pay attention to the check-out time to ensure the space is cleaned and prepared for the next guest.
