Welcome! 💛💚💜 The space Large and airy 🏡 apartment, with 66m² well distributed: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, balcony integrated to the living room, spacious kitchen and full service area 🧺 🛏️ The suite offers a double bed, split air conditioning ❄️ and 32”TV. 🛏️ The second room has a reversible bed (2 spring mattresses) and split air conditioner. 🛌 A third bed can be made available upon advance request, and payment of a fee of R$ 37.50 per day of reservation 🍼 We have a portable crib (70x100) for babies up to 2 years old. ➡️ Babies are included in the number of guests, but the crib is not charged. 🚿 Both toilets have support bars, and we offer safety grilles for the beds, ideal for children 👶 or the elderly 👵🧓 Well ventilated 🍃 property, with protective screens on the windows and 1 covered parking space 🚗 📺 Room with Smart TV 43” and Wi-Fi 📶 🍽️ Kitchen equipped with new electros: fridge, stove, microwave, espresso coffeemaker☕, air fryer, sandwich maker, blender and utensils 🥄 Service 🧼 area with washing machine, iron and ironing board for your convenience 👕👖 🚫 We do not accept pets Guest access 🔑 The guest will have access to the entire apartment, with complete privacy. 🏊‍♀️ In the condominium, you can use the swimming pool and the ballroom (when available). 🌊 The beach is 1.4 km away — about 2 minutes by car or 18 minutes on foot. 🌿 There is also a trail that shortens the distance to 600-700m, but its use depends on the conditions on the day of the stay (availability and maintenance). Other things to note The condominium is a family member and has rules of coexistence that need to be respected. ➡️ The overnight stay of people not included in the reservation is not allowed. Tall ➡️ sound and smoking inside the apartment are prohibited. 🕒 Check-in: from 2 p.m. 🕚 Check-Out: until 11 am We request attention to the departure time to ensure the cleaning and preparation of the space for the next guest.
