Do you dream of waking up on a beautiful horse farm? Nicura Ranch is a unique and perfect stay. Our farm features 5 guest suites connected to our barn. This 2-room suite (our Sunflower Suite) has a private entrance, bathroom, living room (with a pull out couch) and bedroom with king size bed. The suite comfortably sleeps 3 adults. We are proudly pet friendly (no fee) and located only 1.5 miles from I-75. An outdoor patio sits right outside your door, with a fire pit, gas grill and seating area. We are proudly pet friendly and have a private fenced in dog park. There is plenty of parking available outside your private entrance. During your stay We are here to make sure you have a wonderful experience; whether it is helping us groom the horses, or if you prefer to just quietly enjoy the relaxing beauty of the property. We love sharing our farm and animals with all our guests. We started our Inn in 2021 after relocating to Kentucky from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We can’t wait to share the magic of Nicura Ranch with you. Other things to note Nicura Ranch Inn & Stables is a privately owned 15-acre farm located in Berea, Kentucky. The Inn includes five unique barn suites for guests to get “up close and personal” with the animals, and experience the serenity and beauty of farm life. This is our Sunflower Suite, and the smallest suite on the property. If it is booked on your desired dates, or you desire a larger suite with a kitchen, please ask about the other suites on the property. The Rose Suite (cottage, sleeps 4 with full kitchen, dining area and living room) The Lavender Suite (sleeps 2, full kitchen with dining area, and window viewing the barn/goats). The Thoroughbred and Palomino suites are located in the stable area of the barn (upstairs) above the stalls. These suites offer the best views of the horses and goats in the barn, as well as the picturesque back pasture and tree lined hills. They each sleep 4 guests. Please message us for links and information. Please Note that because the Sunflower Suite is our smallest suite, we prefer it be booked for 1-3 adults, though it can accommodate 4. We are proudly pet friendly. Dogs will enjoy the private, fenced in dog park on the farm. Dogs are permitted to bark (we promise we don't mind), and they may be left in your suite while you are out. We ask that guests limit this to 4 hours. If longer, please arrange for us to let them out (free of charge) for a bathroom break and fresh air. We do not offer horseback/trail riding at our ranch (our horses are sport horses). However, there is a nearby stable that welcomes riders of all levels. We highly recommend this experience to our guests. Guests are welcome to help with grooming and interact with our horses in all other ways. For safety reasons, we ask that all guests be over the age of 10.
