This 2-room suite (our Sunflower Suite) has a private entrance, bathroom, living room (with a pull out couch) and bedroom with king size bed. The suite comfortably sleeps 3 adults, or 2 adults/2 children. We are proudly pet friendly (no fee) and located only 1.5 miles from I-75. Experience farm life like never before as you lounge on your private patio overlooking the horse pasture or open your interior door directly into the barn to say “hello” to the goats and horses. Forget all your troubles as you relax in the country themed farmhouse suite and hear the animals just outside your door. Our farm is home to over a dozen animals including horses, goats, chickens, and dogs. Guests are welcome to interact with our animals at your comfort level. This suite has its own patio with a grill, dining table, and fire pit. Guests are invited to enjoy our beautiful outdoor spaces while visiting the ranch. The gardens, wild flowers, and gorgeous tree-lined hills will be a feast for your eyes in the spring, summer and fall. Winter holds its own magic when the ranch glistens in the snow. Explore the property where you can enjoy a fishing pond, peddle boat, and creek. Working remotely or taking a work retreat? Enjoy our outstanding Wi-Fi. The living room coffee table conveniently converts to a desk. For guests traveling with pets, we have a fenced dog park. Our 4-legged guests are very special and welcome. We do not charge a pet fee. For guest convenience, the suite has a refridgerator, microwave and coffee maker. Begin your day with complimentary freshly baked muffins and fruit in the Gallery Lounge. Wind down in the evening listening to the sounds of bluegrass country while enjoying complimentary evening Bourbon. Enjoy a treat from our on-site bakery, Doloosh Desserts. Order your made-to-order bakery items in advance and we’ll have them waiting for you upon arrival. Don’t forget to grab a pint of homemade ice cream. The upstairs area of our barn now features an amenity center for guests. Get comfy with our horse themed slipper bar. Pop some popcorn and watch a movie in our Barn/Home theater. Get in a workout in our fitness center, then relax in the sauna. Play a round or two of pool in "The Horseman's" Billiards Room, lined with memorabilia highlighting our horse Lady's racing career. Rain or shine, there is lots for guests to do while staying on the farm. There is a fishing pond, pedal boat, dock (with fire pit) and creek on property. An outdoor patio sits right outside your door, with a fire pit, gas grill and seating area. We are proudly pet friendly and have a private fenced in dog park. Ask us about our free dog-walking services. Guests traveling with horses are welcome to use the barn and pastures (All pets, including horses stay free). There is plenty of parking available outside your private entrance. We are here to make sure you have a wonderful experience; whether it is helping us groom the horses, or if you prefer to just quietly enjoy the relaxing beauty of the property. We love sharing our farm and animals with all our guests. We started our Inn in 2021 after relocating to Kentucky from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We can’t wait to share the magic of Nicura Ranch with you. Berea is the arts center of Kentucky. The historical town offers many festivals throughout the year, as well as plenty of shopping. We are located within minutes of the Boone Tavern and town center featuring local artists’ shops and handmade gifts. The area also offers beautiful hiking locations. We are 15 minutes from Renfro Valley and the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame. We are located 40 minutes south of Lexington. A car is the best way to get around. Our ranch has plenty of parking, and most areas of Berea offer free parking. Nicura Ranch Inn & Stables is a privately owned 15-acre farm located in Berea, Kentucky. The Inn includes three unique barn suites for guests to get “up close and personal” with the animals, and experience the serenity and beauty of farm life. This is our Sunflower Suite, and the smallest suite on the property. If it is booked on your desired dates, or you desire a larger suite with a kitchen, please ask about the other suites on the property. The Rose Suite (cottage, sleeps 4 with full kitchen, dining area and living room) The Lavender Suite (sleeps 2, full kitchen with dining area, and window viewing the barn/goats) Please message us for links and information. Please Note that because the Sunflower Suite is our smallest suite, we prefer it be booked for 1-3 adults, or 2 adults/2 children (under 10). We are happy to host all members of your family, from children to pets. Dogs will enjoy the private, fenced in dog park on the farm. Dogs are permitted to bark (we promise we don't mind), and they may be left in your suite while you are out. We ask that guests limit this to 4 hours. If longer, please arrange for us to let them out (free of charge) for a bathroom break and fresh air. We do not offer horseback/trail riding at our ranch (our horses are sport horses). However, there is a nearby stable that welcomes riders of all levels. We highly recommend this experience to our guests.
