It has a social and service/bathroom entrance, 24-hour concierge, a shower for bathers on the ground floor, two elevators and is very safe. The apartment has a large living room with a dining table for 4 people, two bistro stools for quick meals on kitchen countertops, air-conditioning in the living room and ventilation in the bedroom. The bathroom has a warm shower and there is also a microwave, refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, smart cable TV, water tank, stove, cutlery and crockery in general in the apartment. The living room has a side view of the beach. Guest access The building has three access entrances. 1 - Social: On Avenida Bartolomeu de Gusmão, below the façade of the Madrid Building, for access on foot, without bathing suits. 2 - Service: On Avenida Bartolomeu de Gusmão, next to the parking lot entrance, for access on foot, with bathing suits. [tip: there is a shower for after the beach between this entrance and the concierge]. 3 - Service 2: On Rua Trabulsi. [tip: easy entrance for a post-purchase at Extra, bakeries and other shops on the street].
