Unique, separate housing unit with private entrance and no shared walls. Great location with a 10 minute drive to the airport and 11 minutes to the Oulu city centre. Buses arrive right next to the building. Ample shopping opportunities in the nearby mall. This space is pet-friendly. Many amenities inside the private space, and in the main building. Opportunity to use an indoor or outside sauna for an extra fee. Fire pit available in front of the house. The space Private entrance. A spacious studio unit with a sofa, bed, table and a small kitchen. No running water inside the unit, but drinking/cooking water will be provided in the fridge. Shower, bathroom, sauna, and washing machine inside the main building, right next to the unit. You will have to go outside briefly to get to the bathroom. You will be provided towels and bed linen with blankets and pillows. The space allows for 5 adults to sleep in - a bed (120cm wide), a sofa and two mattresses (80cm wide). The mattresses are available by request only. We also have a travel crib for babies and toddlers. Kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a hot plate, a microwave oven, a water kettle, a coffee maker, a blender, dishes and silverware. Some cooking essentials (ground coffee, coffee filters, tea, sugar, oil, salt and pepper) are provided by the host. The dishes will be washed inside the main building in a dishwasher. You will also have an option to wash some dishes inside the washroom by hand. Bathroom and shower space is in the main building, with a lock on the door. Electric sauna inside the main building and a wood-burning sauna outside the building, both available by request with an extra fee(20€/2hour). Fire pit outside the house is free to use, perfect for some simple BBQ. At request we have some fillable lounging sofas for the outside area (summer time only). Private parking area is right next to the building. The area fits several cars or a bigger vehicle too. The unit is pet-friendly. The yard has a lot of space for the animals to walk around in. Pet supplies (a drinking vessel and a food bowl) available at request. Since the place is pet friendly you may find dog hair in the accommodation. Guest access Guests have their own, private space where they can cook, sleep and lounge. The bathroom space is shared with the host couple, but can be locked for the guest's privacy. The utility room is inside the main building. Other parts of the main building are not accessible by the guests. The outside area can be used (with some limitations) by the guests. Other things to note We have two dogs, so you may find some dog hairs.
