Entire quiet house 40 min from Paris.

Welcome to our cozy, multi-story maisonette in a residential area on the edge of the forest, ideal for walking and relaxing. The house is close to all amenities: a short drive from a grocery store, pharmacy and train station (25 minutes by train to Paris Gare du Nord). This 75 m2 accommodation, ideal for one or two people, offers you a large living room, a small living room, a bedroom with wardrobe, a bathroom with toilet, and a garden. The space Charles de Gaulle Airport, Paris International Golf Club, Château de Chantilly, and Royaumont Abbey are within a 30-minute drive. At your disposal: many books and brochures to guide you on your visits and hikes in the area. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a filter coffee machine. The bedroom has a double bed. Linens are not provided (but we provide mattress and pillow covers). The living room is equipped with a sofa (non-convertible), a TV connected to the box and offering the main channels. The fireplace is not usable. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, and toilet. There is also a hairdryer, shampoo/shower gel, as well as bath mats (which we will wash ourselves after your departure). We don't provide towels. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Wi-Fi available. Pets not allowed. No events allowed. Thank you. Guests can park their vehicle in the small lot. Guest access We reserve access to our bedroom, top floor, and cellar. These will be closed during your stay. Other things to note The sofa, rather small, is not convertible, so unsuitable for sleeping.
