Located in the historic hamlet of Eureka, this newly renovated Federation home with spectacular new heated pool is an easy 12 minute drive to Bangalow, 4 minutes to Federal and 7 mins to Clunes. The space The space The spacious master bedroom features a comfy queen-sized bed, original cedar fireplace and beautiful French doors leading out to a private balcony. The newly renovated bathrooms, laundry and all four bedrooms have expansive, layered, hinterland views. The fourth bedroom features direct access to the northern veranda through original French doors. The “summer” living room faces north and opens through original French doors onto an enormous north facing deck. The “winter” living room features an original cedar fireplace and flows into the newly installed kitchen featuring European appliances, wooden benchtops and beautiful garden and district views. For those wishing to work in your home away from home, there is a dedicated office with a 23” monitor, NBN WIFI and an HP laser printer. The History of Panorama House The property has an important position in the rich history of Eureka. The house and adjoining Church was originally built in 1903 to house the incumbent Church minister up until the early 1980’s when it was acquired by the previous owner. The original building was built to last with local teak weatherboards and floorboards and interior walls of local rosewood – all retained and highlighted when it was renovated in 2021. We provide one bag of firewood to get you started. Dine alfresco on the spacious veranda and take in the breathtaking natural surrounds. There is ample parking for 3 cars on the property – you will need a car!
