In the heart of the Sahara

Studio in the center of Rio de Janeiro next to the metro (300 mt), bus station, train station and taxi stop. Nearby there are bars, restaurants, self-service restaurants, 3 banks and a post office. The Inter supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The neighborhood is characteristic, with hundreds of small shops where you can find everything at affordable prices. Comfortable for two people, but it is available for three if they are very close. It is located on the sixth floor served by two elevators. The space There is a small kitchen area with electric double burner stove, microwave oven, air fryer, electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, kettle, water filter and refrigerator, as well as dishes, glasses, cutlery, cups, pots, plastic containers and cleaning products. In the living room there is a wardrobe, a 188 cm by 128 cm wide bed, a 180 cm sofa bed, a table for eating, writing, playing, etc., a folding shelf next to the wardrobe that can be used to use the computer. There is air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a 32” smart TV with national channels and Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus, etc. In the bathroom, there is an electric shower that must be USED WITH ALL OTHER ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES OFF. The apartment is located on the sixth floor served by two elevators. The concierge works from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm, with a one-hour break for lunch, and on Saturdays, from 9am to 12pm. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. Guest access The town hall is booking the entire apartment, with the only exceptions, because they contain personal things, the trunk under the bed, the closet above the bed, the boxes above the window, and the closet above the microwave. I or my wife, Daiana, will personally hand over the keys. As we do not live nearby, please inform the exact arrival time if possible. We will always be available during your stay for any needs or information. During your stay, I and my girlfriend Daiana will always be available for any need or indication. Other things to note Being a predominantly commercial area, when the trade closes, open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the streets in the center are almost deserted , 20 meters from the condominium, two bars run until 20:30/21:00 and taxis are available until then. Overnight, on Sundays and holidays, the streets of the neighborhood, while conveying a sense of anxiety about being deserted, are safe thanks to 24-hour surveillance by guards placed at all intersections, paid by the neighborhood merchants to protect the shops. The reception works at the same time as the shops. In the evening, after 9pm and until 7am, to get to the places or return to the apartment, I recommend using a taxi or Uber just for peace of mind. The two main subway lines, with which you can reach the main beaches in a few minutes, are 1 (Uruguay, Tijuca - Jardim Oceânico, Barra de Tijuca) and 2 (Pavuna – Botafogo) that run from Monday to Saturday from 5 am to 12 pm and on Sundays and holidays from 7 am to 11 pm. The condo does not have parking, you can park on the side streets (very difficult to find a spot during the day) and in several paid parking lots nearby. The condo road is not accessible for cars.
