The unit is a 2 bedrooms condo unit perfect for group trips and couple. It's a fully furnished unit equipped with comfy beds, heated rain shower, high speed wifi, good entertainment with PS4 and lots of movies to watch thru Netflix. With built-in stove and range hood where you can do a little cooking or order food at any food app of your choice. The space Have your stay in this unique, cozy and beautifully designed condo unit. The space is a 2 bedrooms both equipped with aircondition, fresh and comfy bed with some entertainment so you will not get bored alone or you can bond together with your friends and family. Other things to note 1. Rate is default to 4 pax. Price vary on numbers of pax. We can accomodate up to 7 pax. 2. I provide extra mattress depending on the number of pax. 3. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECKOUT. Please be advised that early check-in and or late checkout is subject to availability of the unit. This has a corresponding fee of 150/hr in advance/in excess of the standard check-in / checkout time. 4. PARKING FEE. There's is a parking within the premises on a first come, first serve basis. For overnight stay, its fixed rate is Php 200/Car, Php 40/Motorcycle per night. If the car/service is not staying overnight, the first hour is free and the succeeding hour is 15 pesos. 5. POOL SCHEDULE: 6AM - 6PM, 7PM - 12AM. Closed from 6:00 - 7:00 PM for cleaning and resumes from 7pm until 12 am . No pool day on wednesday for maintenance. 6. POOL ACCESS: 250 adult, 200 child. 3 years old and below is free.
