Occupancy is capped at 16 adults to maximize comfort. - The Main Level is right off the easily accessed parking area with room for 3 vehicles. Overflow parking and trailer parking is available in the neighborhood. There is a newly remodeled kitchen with 2 stainless steel refrigerators, granite countertops, and hardwood flooring. This floor features a family room with a 65" TV, a DVD player, the primary bedroom with a full bathroom, half bathroom, and the main deck. The deck has a gas grill, griddle, and a bar top with seating for 6. Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cookouts. - Up one level you will find two bedrooms with private vanities and a jack-&-jill bathroom. - Up another level features the loft-style bedroom and the home of our ‘Gamers Lounge’ which includes a Xbox gaming system, gaming chairs as well as a twin-sized bunk bed. - The Lower Level has a recreation room equipped with a Smart TV, DVD player, foosball, two more bedrooms, laundry room, and another deck overlooking the lake. - The Retreat, a walkout level, is a separate private level perfect for families or couples wanting some private space. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed with a shared bathroom. Right outside is your private hot tub. This level is accessed by a separate outdoor staircase.
