Amazing Co-Living Home Private Rm #1

This space is set up as a co-living home for traveling and local professionals. Everyone staying is here at a minimum of 1 month. This is an amazing, newly renovated home that has easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The space This is a 6 bedroom 4 bath fully furnished home. This listing is for a downstairs private bedroom with a shared bathroom with one other room. This room has it's own private entrance. Please let me know if there is a gender preference for who shares the bathroom with you. Also available are master bedrooms with a private bathroom. Guest access Front door is code accessed and each bedroom has your set individual code access for security. This room also has it's own key to it's own entrance. Other things to note There is a limit of 1 person per room with shared bathrooms and a max of two people per master bedroom with private bathroom. We get you started with a couple coffee pods, laundry pods and toilet paper. This is a long term rental place, so after that it is expected that you get the things you need for the rest of your stay. Temp is set at 65 for the house.
