This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath single family residence with pool, jacuzzi, game room, putting green for day and nightime putting, and bocce bowling green . The first bedroom is fitted with a split king bed with a remote to adjust individually each side of the bed for head and feet and has an gentle massage feature option providing the ultimate in comfort. The king room includes a dresser, two nightstands, streaming TV and a bench for extra seating. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a remote to adjust the head and feet for optimal comfort. The queen bedroom has a dresser, streaming TV, ceiling fan, and one nightstand. Bedroom 3 and 4 feature "bunkbed" bedrooms and are each equipped with a bunkbed system that incorporates 2 full size beds (upper and lower) and one twin size trundle pullout drawer. These "bunkbed" rooms each have a DVDTV. The Living room has a pull out full size queen sofabed along the sectional along with a "cuddler" sofa (sleeps a total of 3 altogether). Special note: bathrooms are small as are the bedrooms but equipped for everything you need for an enjoyable stay.. The master bedroom' bathroom has a shower only. The master bedroom' bathroom can be set up to be en-suite or shared as the master has it's own long hallway door and bedroom door that allows for plenty of privacy from the other 3 bedrooms. Two car garage with 2 car driveway and street parking. We have the following fun things to do on the property: 1. Swimming pool (heated or unheated. Must pay in advance for heating. as it takes up to 3 days to get to temperature. Heating is for a minimum 2 consecutive days during the stay. During the summer we provide goggles, and blowup toys. 2. Always FREE heated covered jacuzzi 3. Mini-golf 3 hole put-put course (NIGHT GOLF option available upon request for light up equipment during your stay). 4. Bocce ball court (lawn bowling)(night bocce upon request) 5. Beach Toys: Boogie Boards, sand toys, sand umbrella, folding chairs, etc) 6. Mini pool table (in garage) 7. Any loud parties on the premises is against rules of the house and will result in a forfeiture of all monies paid and immediate revocation of the booking for the remainder of the stay.
