Southern California Guest House with Pool Access

Back guest house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and common area. Full refrigerator, air fryer, microwave, utility sink. Note that there is not a full kitchen. Access to shared patio area & pool. Limited public transportation in the area, but safe driveway parking for your car. Central location between Orange County, Los Angeles, & Long Beach. Access to Disneyland, beaches, Hollywood, and other Southern California attractions. The space The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The accommodations are comfortable, but not luxurious. If you are looking for an accommodation experience, this is probably not for you. Our place is best suited to those who plan to be out and about taking in Southern California all day or those who are passing through the area and need a comfortable, safe place to get some sleep. Also a good place for a remote worker. Value and functionality over luxury. There are kitchen amenities that allow for light food prep and storage, but it does not have a full kitchen. There is not central air conditioning, but there are two wall units, ceiling fans, and standing fans. Upon request, a pack 'n play, high chair, or stroller can be made available. This accommodation is comfortable for 3, workable for 4, and a bit tight for 5. However, that depends on sleeping arrangements, as well as ages/sizes of guests. The couch is available for one, as well as one or two air mattresses that can be made available upon request. Guest access This is a separate structure with its own entrance on the back of the property. It shares the property with the main house. The patio area is accessible to the main house tenants/guests and you, though the regular tenants will work around your use. Other things to note 12 miles to Disneyland, 19 miles to Huntington Beach, 16 miles to Long Beach Convention Center, 25 miles to Hollywood, 33 miles to Santa Monica Pier, 7 miles to Knott's Berry Farm. If these were all on a map together, this location would kind of sit right in the middle of all of them.
