The View @ PH Commons is centrally located to everything KC has to offer. Nearby coffee shops and parks with great activities and scenery just a short walk from the front door. This stay has three bedrooms and two dedicated work areas w/ monitors. This makes it perfect for longer term stays with business associates! We provide coffee, tea, hot chocolate, popcorn and oatmeal in all our stays. Our way of saying thanks for choosing us for your stay in KC! The space We designed this separate space out of an older house to create a unique apartment with everything you need for a mid to long term stay. It has three bedrooms, dedicated work-spaces with monitors., a full Kitchen with a open space concept that includes a dining table and living room. One of our favorite's is the private covered deck with access to the backyard. It has seating for two and a hammock; We find it great for sipping coffee or tea and watching the activity of the nearby school. At night you can catch a glimpse of the lights from KC skyline. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire stay, the back covered deck, the shared backyard, the shared rec/laundry room (starting in Sept of 2023) and the two sets of washer/dryers in the rec/laundry room behind the house (access code required for entry). Other things to note Please be aware this is an URBAN neighborhood near the city center abundant with cultural diversity and many different ethnic groups. This factor is certainly part of the charm and makes it easy to find wonderful cuisines from all over the world nearby but knowledge of what to expect when staying in a big city will be helpful.
