Other things to note Your convenience is important to us that is why we have an amazing Caretaker/Housekeeper who lives nearby, and can help you with everything you need (including running some errands for a fee between you and the house keeper, and also at his convenience). Especially if you are new in the city, you will find this very useful. We have an inverter which runs at all times when there is no electricity supply. It's important to note that AC (Air Conditioner) and any other high voltage devices runs on regular electricity supply, but not on the Inverter.
