Charming country house in Southern Burgundy

Not far from Charolles, Paray-le-Monial and Cluny, this former 80 m2 building has been fully renovated and carefully furnished, with a large beautifully landscaped and fully fenced garden. With family, friends, as a couple or alone, you will find here the calm and tranquility conducive to meeting up, recharging your batteries, taking beautiful walks and discovering the riches of Southern Burgundy. Looking forward to hosting you all year round for a night, weekend, week or more The space Carefully decorated, the house can accommodate one to five people (with the possibility of an extra bed) and is arranged on two levels, with a bedroom on the ground floor, a bathroom and a separate toilet, and a bedroom upstairs with bathroom and toilet. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, a bookshelf and a flat-screen TV. The ground floor bedroom has a 160 cm bed and the upper bedroom has two 90 cm beds that can be joined together, a 90 cm bed and a baby cot. Each bathroom is designed with a shower and hairdryer, hand soaps and shower soap are at your disposal. The entrance to the cottage opens onto a large and bright living room with a stove in the fireplace (logs available), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for six people, a living room and a reading area and board games/puzzles. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven and microwave, coffee machine, kettle, blender, toaster, fondue pot, raclette oven, as well as dishes and pots. There is also a washing machine. All linens (bed, kitchen, bath and table) are provided. Wi-Fi in the whole house: free. Heating, reversible heat pump, is included in the rental price. Dogs (nice and well-behaved) are welcome and can play with mine (nice and well-behaved). Basket, cushion and bowls available if needed. A large garden of over 1500 m2, a large private part of which is at your disposal, with a ping-pong table and a croquet game, two terraces with garden furniture and a barbecue, and private parking on a fully fenced plot, which will offer you a pleasant stay in a quiet and serene environment. Guest access The cottage is completely independent and you can fully enjoy the garden. A gate will take you through the woods for walks full of scents to a beautiful pond. Other things to note The cottage is non-smoking, except outside. For dog owners, please remember to bring a cushion or sleeping basket, protective covers if your dog gets on the couch, and bags to pick up your dog's droppings.
