Full kitchen + suite exclusive to this accommodation. Guests enjoy the barbecue area, meditation room and Casa Aflorar yoga. The proposal is to offer a cozy space, in a quiet environment in the midst of nature, close to the urban center. Garage space not always available, please check beforehand. The space The house was a glass and reforested massaranduba hardwood townhouse, which was divided into three houses for individual use, with sound insulation. Only the outdoor area, gardens, meditation room and barbecue area are shared. It receives sunshine all day, is well ventilated and cared for! It has recently undergone renovations. Throughout the property, there is a panoramic view of Beiramar Norte, the sea that can be seen is in the João Paulo neighborhood, and, further on, the continental region, where you can see Cambirela Hill and Pedra Branca. The outdoor area has several gardens and a lookout point where you can take in this entire view! It is important to note that although this sea is close, it is not suitable for bathing, so we recommend other beaches in the nearby regions. But there is a short trail through the woods to get there, appreciated by guests. In the garden, we provide iron tables and chairs, hammocks, an outdoor shower and so, surrounded by nature and tranquility, one will feel very comfortable to lie down and relax between one walk and another! At the beginning of the access to the property, there is a ramp that can be used by another Studio guest who is below the house. We have 2 fiber Internet providers, Vivo and Unifique 500 Mbp. The internal kitchen has a gas stove, frost-free refrigerator, airfryer, and very good cookware. The outdoor kitchen is well equipped, with everything you need for a good dining experience! Check out the photos! About PARKING SPACES for cars, we do not always have them available, so it is important to consult the host and book in advance, if possible. We'll let you know the date when a space becomes available. There are parking spaces for MOTORCYCLES, just let us know in advance. If we do not have a space available for your car at the time of your stay, we recommend that you leave the vehicle parked at the beginning of the street. The room has brand new hot and cold air conditioning, 50" smart TV, great internet access, and views of the green area around the property. The bathroom has a toilet, hot shower, mirrors and a blindex box. It is IMPORTANT to note that the house is located in an elevated part of the neighborhood. The street is narrow and relatively short, has curves, and has a steep climb of about 100 meters. Therefore, we recommend that cars longer than 4.3 meters park at the beginning of the street, as the two curves in a row, before the ascent, present difficulties for larger cars, such as an Amarok truck, for example. In this case, guests choose to leave their cars at the beginning of the street. Talk to us. The street is small, 160 meters. There are flights of stairs at the entrance to the property, so young children must be accompanied by adults! It is in a small condominium, a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. It is important to note that parties with loud noise are prohibited after ten o'clock at night, we count on people's good sense. The exception is during national holidays, such as New Year's Eve and Carnival, occasions when one or another neighbor may have fun until later. The entry of strangers, other than those previously agreed to, is prohibited! The space Here are 5 THINGS OUR GUESTS LOVE about our place! 1 - The panoramic view, which makes it possible to see the Cruz hill, part of the Beira Mar/Ponta do Coral and the continent region! The sunset and the moon reflected in the sea at dawn are a spectacle! 2 - The LOCATION is simply amazing. We are at the center of everything, with quick access to the city's many beaches! A 10-minute walk gives people access to the bike path and hiking trails connected to the waterfront and mainland, which are more than 20 km long. 3 - TRANQUILITY. We are located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood, essentially made up of natives and newcomers from other states. 4 - COMFORT is felt in the details. The house is well ventilated, but on hot days we care about the comfort of our guests, so we have air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, large and fluffy towels, a soft bed, a hand shower in the bathrooms, and a powerful outdoor shower in the garden. Everything with quality! 5- CLEANING is fundamental. We are extremely careful with the physical and energetic cleanliness of the house. ;) 6 - OUTDOOR GARDEN. We have different environments to sit, lie in a hammock and relax, day or night, enjoying the view and the sight of the birds and animals of the forest! A barbecue area with outdoor kitchen stove, sink, refrigerator and barbecue. A very strong outdoor shower in the garden for hot days. Guest access Visitors will be able to enjoy the view at will from the outdoor area as well. When booking the house, some spaces may be shared with the host and/or other guests, such as the barbecue area, outdoor kitchen, gardens, and yoga room. We have been working as hosts for 8 years, always with respect and care for guests, ensuring complete privacy and discretion. The house has high-speed 500 mega fiber Wi-Fi internet, an office table and chair, and the garden areas are frequented only by guests and the host. We have an area with benches and tables in the garden, surrounded by flowers, woods and the amazing view! The outdoor area is very pleasant to stay in, but there are flights of stairs and a ramp at the entrance, so young children must be accompanied by adults! The property is divided with another neighbor, through walls and fences, forming a small condominium, always with great respect and cordiality. Other things to note The house is in a higher region, the easement or narrow street has curves and is sloped for about 100 meters.
