1 Central room in Arequipa's Main Square

Centrally located room with private bathroom and separate entrance, simple and cozy, on the first floor of our house. Click on my photo to see all our rooms. Located four blocks from the main square (a 6-minute walk), close to the San Camilo Market, Santa Catalina Monastery, museums, and more. For excursions to the Colca Canyon and Salinas Grandes salt mines, transportation will pick you up at our house in the early morning. There is a well-equipped shared kitchen on the second floor. The space The room features: a double bed (2-seater) a super soft orthopedic mattress a 40-inch TV with standard and smart cable a table with two chairs a nightstand with a lamp a wardrobe and stable, high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi. The bathroom is en-suite. It's small with a narrow shower, but comfortable and has an electric shower with 24-hour hot water and good water pressure. We provide two large bath towels, a bar of soap, and toilet paper once upon check-in. Optional cleaning service costs 15 soles. For reservations longer than 5 nights, cleaning is provided free of charge, and the frequency depends on the number of nights booked. Optional towel changes are available for 3 soles per towel. For reservations longer than 5 nights, additional towels are provided free of charge; the frequency depends on the number of nights booked. Hair dryer available for an additional 5 soles for the entire stay. Iron available upon request. If you plan to iron, please use the ironing board in the shared area to avoid burning anything inside the room. We have a handheld vacuum cleaner for airbags. We have a first-aid kit and a medical oxygen tank. The house has two shared outdoor areas for sunbathing or smoking, exclusively for our guests. If you have your own transportation, we can direct you to an external parking garage located half a block from our property, open 24 hours a day. Guest access We want you to feel at home, so we will personally welcome you and give you a set of keys so that you can enter and leave freely. Access is through a common passage that will take you directly to the room and the shared kitchen. If you arrive at check-in in the early morning, we can coordinate your entry into our house. During your stay We live in another house next to the lodging so you can physically contact us in case of an emergency or health need. We recommend that you check out the local guide we have prepared for you where we help you with a catalog of tourist places, gastronomy and travel agencies. Other things to note No pets allowed, no drinking alcohol in the room, no smoking in the room, no drug use of any kind, and no visitors allowed in the room. From 10 pm to 7 am, loud noises and playing music are not allowed in the room. No noise is allowed in the kitchen, such as talking on the phone or playing music. Walking around the house semi-nude is not permitted, nor is making obscene noises inside or outside the room that offend the modesty and good customs of the house. We do not provide Netflix, HBO, or Disney+ accounts; these are personal. Only the number of registered guests will be allowed to stay. There is a charge for damages to the room. We do not have a washing machine. Upon check-in, it is essential that you verify the room matches the photos and meets your desired cleanliness standards. If anything is wrong, please let us know immediately so we can correct it, change the room, or cancel the reservation without penalty. Our top priority is that you enjoy your stay with us. At check-out, we have a luggage storage area available free of charge if your trip ends in the afternoon or evening.
