This house is adorable. A modern, clean & cozy feel, this house has a great view of a historical home to this community. We are just blocks from Balsam Lake beach/boat landing, the brewery, the bar, a barbecue place, a play park, baseball field & basketball court. When booking this home for the price, keep in mind that you get more than 1 room with space to just relax and enjoy with family or friends. The house is not perfect but has been remodeled and updated in several ways. The space The whole house except the basement area, is available for guests. The main level includes a bathroom with jacuzzi tub, living room with 50” smart tv with remote and DVD player, kitchen with peninsula for eating, and a living room. Upstairs you will find one master bedroom with 2 queen beds and a closet with space to hang your clothes and a smaller bedroom with 2 twin beds and another closet. There is a nice deck area with a grill and a fire-pit, wood and seating in the yard. Wi-if is also available. Guest access The house, deck, and yard. Other things to note Be careful when pulling in the driveway if you are coming off from main. Come in at an angle to avoid rubbing the bottom of your car on the pavement (the drive goes up hill). If you feel better about pulling around back and parking in the alley with a paved driveway at the back of our garage, this is not as steep, and it is only a short distance through our yard to the house (in winter this may not be an option) On warmer days, Asian beetles and or boxelder bugs like to come out mostly in the window area. We clean them up between stays and spray in the spring to keep them out, but we still manage to have a few every time we clean. The house is off from Main but set back a little bit and up from the road. The back yard does offer some space for games and a place to relax and eat on the deck. We do have a grill and propane provided. We reserve the right to charge for each guest over the initial 2 guests per booking. There's a $20 fee per guest per night for any extra guests over 2 guests per night. Please make sure all guests and pets are included at the time you book so that we can have the place adequately prepared for you. We do ask that you keep any untrained or unattended pet in a kennel during your stay. We also ask that pets are not allowed on beds and bedding/linens provided for our guests. If your furry friend would like blankets or a bed other than the kennel, please bring them along when you stay. Thx for your consideration! 😀
