Hola house situated in small alley of Ly Nam De street- This is a street in the military area so it is very quiet and safe the center of Old quarter. The area, just like most Ha Noi, is a contrast of the old and the new. Original residential buildings of original architecture contrasted with modern offices, new shops and luxurious hotels. The space - You'll be in the heart of Ha Noi with best shops, hotel lounges, famous restaurants, beautiful cafes, exciting bars, museums, threatres and other entertainments, all within walking distance. There is no need to use public transport.. You’ll also love it because of how quiet, cosy and convenient it is, as well as its fantastic location for getting anywhere in Hanoi. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We aim to make your stay an enjoyable and memorable one! - The entrance to the house is a very big alley then you will come to a smaller alley, all about 150m from the main road. - My house have total 4 floors. The ground floor is the living room which our guest can use this common area. There is a nice dining room with a sofa and lots of seating, and the kitchen is very well equipped, so you're more than invited to cook. - Upstair have total 3 bedrooms, each floor, each bedroom with private BATHROOM and PRIVATE DOOR have safety clock. The PRIVATE BATHROOM is your own but it's not in the room. It's right across from the entrance to the room. Each floor are larger rooms has one king size bed and a sofa or chair with up to 2 travelers. There is a newly renovated bathroom with shower on each floor. All of the rooms are completely separate, private, and have their own locked doors, much like at your home. These are all extremely clean and many nature light. All of the rooms are airy, peaceful, calm, and cozy. Each has a new bed, new mattress, new TV. windows for sunshine and fresh air. During your stay I am available via phone, email or text in case you need anything or have questions. I shall meet you at the property for your check in, handover keys and show you around the place. We like to meet our guests- Will became my new friend, especially when they arrive to the house so we can explain the rules and show them the room and Introdue them the city map, give them the highly recommend which place must see, must eat…help them with any querie or hints about their stay in Ha Noi I enjoy providing hospitality and a warm welcome to guests.
